Hydraulic Transmission System
This machine uses hydraulic transmission system to penetration, anchor, leveling and support of the body, and so on.
The hydraulic system's oil is supplied by a large flow and high-pressure gear pump, used advanced sub-multi-chip
combination valve that is installed in the middle of the console body, each piece a hydraulic valve controls one
circuit. On the right of multi-valve, the relief value is installed to control the oil pressure.
The operating panel has two layers, the upper is the main control circuit, the lower is props control circuit.
The left control rod is used to control penetration systems, the middle is to control the anchor system, the right is to
control the hydraulic props. The lower multiple of four props is to control oil cylinder, one-way throttle valve is installed
to control the lifting speed of hydraulic props.
Hydraulic oil tank is installed in the middle right of body underframe. Its standard capacity is 85 L, liquid temperature
meter is installed on the rear surface, indicating oil quality and temperature. One oil filter is installed on the inlet port to
prevent debris entering into the hydraulic system .
