The basic structure:

1, the loading system:

Installation Method:
1, the beam column with a fixed seat to 250mm from the ground is appropriate, both bearings should be flat, the column should have been in the same line, the height of the two beams to the same seat.
2, connect the pump, high pressure tubing pressure gauge, jack.
3, and then the two outer beams were inserted into the beam, and tighten the knob back in place.
4, the height of the whole measuring bridge beams on the bearing column, preferably to 300mm from the ground.
5. Connect the pressure gauge and pressure tubing.
Precautions:

Procedure:
1. Place the load plate is placed on the test points are leveled.
2. The truck with the trial opened to a certain distance from the test point where the distance of not less than 1m, and truck rear beam is located directly above the loading plate.
3. Place the jack load placed on the board.
4. Install the measuring bridge, so that in roughly symmetrical position with the test point.
5. Turn down the jack screw up, make contact with the truck rear beam. When high enough, use an extension.
6. Install the dial indicator on the dial indicator stand, and dial side lever vertical drop to the measuring point on the load board.
7. In order to stabilize the load plate before adding a certain load (0.01Mpa) and then dismount, read the dial indicator readings as subsidence start reading.
8. Then to 0.04 Mpa as load increment, grading loaded. Once the load termination subsidence, read and record the load intensity and subsidence.
9. When the load exceeds the estimated strength of the actual site maximum contact force, or reach the ground when the yield point of the test is stopped.
